Client: Latrobe Community Health Service and Monash University

The Latrobe Community Health Service and Monash University teamed up to fund an online learning tool aimed at providing strategies for local health clinicians in East Gippsland regional and indigenous communities to shift conversations with their patients from acute to chronic issues. Nutrition, Exercise, Smoking and Alcohol consumption were the target disciplines of the program.
