This app has been produced with the aim of improving the health and wellbeing of nurses and midwives in the South Eastern Sydney Local Health District.
The brief was to create calm and engaging feel for nurses and healthcare workers who are using the app. Content includes informational text, reflections surveys, video, meditation sound tracks and interactive journals.
